Do you offer refunds?
At this time we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.
However, if you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss an alternative.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We try to be as eco-friendly as possible. We use 100% natural soy wax with no additives.
Our packaging is 100% recycle-able, just remove the sticker.
The packing peanuts are biodegradable and we are always looking to new, cool ways to up our sustainability as we grow.
But my package has gone MIA?
For any missing packages, you will need to contact the delivery provider.
To minimize this risk, please ensure you have entered your delivery details correctly when ordering.
What ingredients do you use?
WAX: our wax is 100% natural soy wax for a clean and complete burn. A cleaner burn means less particle pollution in your home.
WICK: Natural cotton braided wicks that are lead and sinc free.
Uh oh, my package came is damaged?
We always ensure that your MMANN order is packaged with ample protection, please be aware that damages occurred during transit is out of our control.
If your order arrived damaged, though we are unable to offer a refund, please send a photo and we will happily review and get back to you in a timely manner.
